Past life regression can have
therapeutic benefits.
Some people believe in past lives. Some people don’t. Although there's no scientific proof it exists, in my years of taking people through a past life, it has become clear that they can achieve very positive benefits as a result of going through the process.
For some, there’s a release of a physical pain that seems to have no reason to be there. For example, a sore neck that comes from being strangled in a past life. For others, it explains why they feel a certain way or keep on having particular experiences. For example, having an irrational fear of shallow water edged by reeds, which comes from having drowned in a marsh.
